In an interview with Yahoo Finance, Tyson revealed that he would punch fans in the face when they asked for his autograph.

The 55-year-old thought about how "out of control" he was during his career - before he turned to cannabis.

- My life was just miserable, I was out of control. If someone asked me for an autograph, I would punch him in the face. I was just in a mess, and then after I retired, I started smoking. What a mistake that was, I should have smoked my whole career. I was supposed to smoke when I was fighting because it put me in a different state of mind - the famous boxer then continued to rave about cannabis:

- I am very relaxed and the more relaxed you are, the better fighter you are, at least in my case.

This American is passionate about cannabis and owns "Tyson Holistic" - a weed empire from which he earns as much as 500,000 pounds a month.

It should also be noted that this opiate brought Tyson into trouble near the end of his career, since his victory over Andrew Golota in 2000 was annulled and he was punished for not competing after he tested positive for this substance.

Still, Iron Mike doesn’t regret it.

- I  broke his cheek bone, his eye socket, his rib — I should have been doing this from the beginning. And I said, 'Wow.' I got fined for that, of course, but it was worth every bit of it.

Tyson also used psychedelics while preparing to return against Roy Jones, Jr. last year. He finally concluded the following:

- I think of it as an enhancer. It makes me better, even in the ring. The punches don't hurt as much, it has a lot to do with my comeback.
