During a regular control, the traffic police in Vranje stopped a man (40) who was driving an "Alfa Romeo" with the blood alcohol level of 3.19.

It was also determined that the 40-year-old was driving without a driver's license, which was revoked in the previous period.
The driver was detained for up to 12 hours and misdemeanor charges were filed against him under the Traffic Safety Act.
