ON THE VERGE OF LEAVING: Stanković is leaving Red Star?

Sampdoria is not giving up on bringing Dejan Stanković  as their new coach.

According to Sport Club, the popular Deki received a specific invitation from Genoa to sit on the bench of the team from the Luigi Ferraris stadium.

Sampdoria fell into a series of bad results, and it all culminated in a 2-1 defeat by Bologna. The leaders of the Italian great are ready to do anything to bring Dejan Stanković, on the other hand, the Red Star leaders are determined to keep the legendary football player on their bench.

Deki has a valid contract with the Serbian champion, which expires in 18 months, and from that side, Zvezda is well protected.

What is interesting is that Stanković has not yet responded to Sampdoria's offer, which means that he is still thinking about the option to take over the Genoa giant.

The Italians do not plan to give up on the Serbian expert and that is why they are ready to wait as long as it is necessary for his affirmative answer. 

Nothing else for us to do but to wait for a certainly very interesting winter.
