We have all encountered insomnia at least once.
Approximately six to 10 percent of adults struggle with complete insomnia, which is associated with difficulty falling asleep, sleeping, or waking up prematurely, according to new research.
Solution for insomnia:
Don’t go to bed until you’re really sleepy
While keeping a regular bedtime is a good idea, refrain from going to bed until you feel tired. If you do not fall asleep within 15 to 20 minutes, you become anxious and nervous, doctors point out.
Get up at the same time every morning
If you had trouble falling asleep the night before, it might be tempting to get up later in the morning. However, entering the wrong schedule can prevent you from progressing.
Avoid snacking during the night
If you wake up in the middle of the night and feel hungry, try to change your daily eating habits so that you don't go to bed hungry. Eating snacks in the middle of the night can become a problem.
Try not to take a nap before bed
Keep sleepy so you can sleep at night. A nap before going to bed, even for five minutes, will affect your sleep at night, DDL reported.
