Russian President Vladimir Putin said that America was to blame for the tension in Europe.
- Moscow is extremely worried about the deployment of elements of the American missile defense near the Russian borders and has a full right to a military-technical response - he said.
He also said that Russia would take adequate military-technical steps in the event of hostile moves by the United States.
- If NATO 's infrastructure continues to move and if it appears on the territory of Ukraine, the time it takes for the missiles to reach the target will be reduced to 7-10 minutes, and for hypersonic weapons to five minutes - the Russian president warned.
- We have every right to do so - Putin said and added that Russia is not looking for any exclusive conditions, but only equal and indivisible security in Europe.
