The legendary Zlatan Ibrahimović sided with Novak Djoković.
In an interview with the French "Le Journal du Dimanche", Zlatan Ibrahimović admitted that he had been vaccinated, so he compared it to the situation with Novak Djoković.
When asked about vaccination, he first countered by asking the journalist:
- Why did you get vaccinated? - Ibrahimović asked the journalist.
- To protect myself and everyone around me - the French journalist replied.
Ibrahimović then drew a parallel with Novak Djoković.
- Vaccination for health reasons is not the same as vaccination so that you can play a tennis tournament. People who get vaccinated do so because they believe it is the most effective way to protect themselves from disease. But everyone has their own opinion. People should not be forced to get vaccinated so that they can do their job. I got vaccinated because I believe that is the best way to protect myself, not because I could play football. These are two completely different things - Zlatan pointed out.
