In the "Armageddon" operation, the Serbian police arrested 14 people for whom there is a grounded suspicion that they used the pornographic material of minors.
The action of the Serbian police called "Armageddon" continued last night and early this morning, and on that occasion, 14 people were detained. The detainees are suspected of having committed the criminal offenses of showing, obtaining and possessing pornographic material and using minors for pornography.
F.S. (1999), M.DJ. (2000), I.T. (1958), V.T. (1990), Z.F. (1972), I.M. (1975), G.V. (1986), A.A. (1986), D.G. (1991), V. DJ. R. (1998), S.J. (1940), N.S. (1987), A.J. (1998) and A.A. (1984) were arrested in the "Armageddon" operation.
The Minister of Police, Aleksandar Vulin, emphasised that there will be no peace for paedophiles and drug dealers while he is at the head of the Ministry of the Interior.
- While I am the Minister of the Interior, we will arrest paedophiles and drug dealers and all those who destroy what is most valuable and most precious to us - children and family. We will not allow them to do that. We will arrest paedophiles and drug dealers, and no day will be peaceful for them. While I am the Minister of the Interior, paedophiles and drug dealers will be especially targeted by the police. We will remove paedophiles and dealers from our streets. Every child will be protected, and every paedophile and predator will be found and arrested - the head of the Ministry of the Interior pointed out.
