A video appeared on the Instagram page "serbialive_beograd" showing a biker riding a motorcycle with an Albanian flag near the Ada Mall shopping center in Belgrade.
The mentioned Instagram page states that they are Czechs.

This phenomenon in the Serbian capital provoked condemnation from social media users who understood this procedure as a typical provocation.
