Belgrade police arrested Bojan T. (41) from Zemun on suspicion that he beat his neighbour M.K. (60) at around 5 pm three days ago. The doctors at the Zemun Hospital are fighting for his life. The doctors found that the unfortunate man had a crushing brain injury.
Investigation so far showed that the quarrel between the men was caused by a dog.
- M.K. went to his neighbour's yard yesterday and asked him to tie up his pet. After a short discussion, a fight broke out. In a fit of rage, Bojan punched his neighbour in the head and body. Doctors have stated that his brain is crushed and his condition is serious - our source close to the investigation says.
Bojan T. was arrested and should remain in custody for up to 48 hours.
He will be questioned in the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office due to the criminal act of inflicting severe bodily injuries, Telegraf.rs reports.
