The best Serbian athlete Ivana Vuleta (maiden name Španović) will not be saying goodbye at the World Championships in March next year in Belgrade, but will do so after the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.

In an interview for "Sportski žurnal", the coach of Serbia, Edin Zuković, revealed everything:
- The project could be extended until the summer Olympic Games in Paris in 2024. We will know more about this later, however, one thing is certain, Ivana will be the leader of our team at the World Indoor Championships, which we are hosting. The most important thing is that our national team will be led by Ivana Vuleta, one of the best long jumpers in the 21st century. For many, the newly-wed star of the Serbian and world sports queen, is better known by her maiden name Španović. After talking with Slobodan Branković, the director of the Serbian Athletics Federation, and with me, as the national team selector, Ivana and her team members decided to be competitively active throughout the next year - said Zuković.
