CAR BOMB FOUND UNDER POLICE VEHICLE! A bloodshed nearly happened at a rally!

According to the Turkish media, the explosive device was placed under the car of a police officer who was securing the rally of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Siirt. It was spotted and removed at the last moment, the Turkish newspaper Hürriyet reported and Telegraf reports.

The explosive device was destroyed on the spot, and the police are currently looking for the suspects.

The Deputy Presudent of Erdogan's Justice and Development Party, Hamza Dag told CNN Turk that the bomb was intended for President Erdoğan's rally.

- They wanted to sabotage the rally. They are trying to endanger peace, he said.

The bomb was found to have been placed under the car of a police officer who was escorting Erdogan. After two police officers noticed the device, a team of police officers first took prints from the explosives, and then the device was destroyed.
