Four people were killed and eight were injured on Saturday when a part of the ramp in the city of Ezhou, in the central Chinese province of Hubei, collapsed, the official Xinhua news agency reported.

The bridge collapsed over the highway, with three trucks falling, while one car was crushed under it, Xinhua reported, adding that the investigation is ongoing.
Work was underway on the bridge when the incident occurred, the report said.
