WHEN JELENA IS AWAY, NOVAK WILL PLAY: Djoković made a DRASTIC decision that entire Serbia could hardly wait for!
Novak Djoković (34) went back to his old ways with Jelena gone!
The Serbian tennis player, since he was deported from Australia, spends his time in Serbia and Montenegro and has returned to traditional values. Nole arrived in the homeland alone, without his wife Jelena, who is in Marbella with their children, and he used his free time to visit the Orthodox temples in these two countries and enjoy food from our region.
BROKE THE DIET
Although Djoković switched to a vegetarian diet in recent years and used only gluten-free foods, this was not the case this time. It is obvious that the Serbian ace did not have any restraints because his wife was not there, so he took a breather during his stay in the Balkans.
Djoković has been photographed eating traditional Serbian food on several occasions. He took a donut with honey at the reception in Budva, which can be seen in the pictures from this event. Also, a few days ago, Nole ate pie with friends in Žabljak, while prosciutto was also placed on the table. Before leaving for Montenegro, Djoković was with his mother Dijana and father Srdjan at a dinner with Serbian Patriarch Porfirije.
On that occasion, he did not eat vegetarian food, which could be concluded from the food served in front of the Serbian ace. Pictures of Novak enjoying home-cooked food have attracted a lot of public attention, and his fans are wondering if the Serbian ace has started eating meat.
- There is prosciutto and kajmak (clotted cream) on Novak's table, did he start eating meat. He also took honey, which is not gluten-free - these were just some of the comments on social media.
HE TURNED TO GOD
In addition to traditional food, Novak has also turned to the Orthodox faith in recent days. The best tennis player in the world, who used to practice yoga regularly and wore an amethyst stone around his neck, has now approached God. On St. Sava's Day, Djoković was in the Saint Sava Temple, where he received Holy Communion, and before that he visited the Ostrog Monastery.
