Matej Periš's friends arrived in Split to pay his laste reapects to him.

They were with him on the fateful night at the "Gotik" club in the Concrete Hall.

At the funeral, they gave a hug of consolation to Matej's father Nenad Periš and were among the last to leave.

The young man from Split was buried  on 23 May just before 12 o'clock, and he was seen off with songs by Oliver Dragojević. 

Matej Periš (27) disappeared during the night between 30 and 31 December last year in Belgrade, when he left his friends and jacket in the Belgrade club "Gotik". His further movements was monitored by security cameras, and it was determined that he ran through the streets of Belgrade, although no one chased him. The body of the missing young man from Split was found in the Danube on Ada Huja on 18 May.
