"I am the ONLY president during whose term RUSSIA DID NOT ATTACK"! Donald Trump's speech set the world on fire! Announcement of a new candidacy!?

Addressing the audience at an event that is proclaimed to be the world's largest conservative rally, Trump used his speech to strike at Democratic President Joe Biden and reiterate a possible candidacy for president in 2024.

- While Bush was president, Russia attacked Georgia, under Obama Russia took Crimea, under Biden Russia attacked Ukraine. I am the only president of the United States in the 21st century during whose term Russia did not attack another country - Trump said to the general enthusiasm of all those present.

Trump said that Putin used Biden's "weakness" to attack Ukraine. 

- As everyone knows, this would never have happened if the elections had not been rigged and I was the president - he said, to which the audience replied: "You are the president!"

Trump has not confirmed whether he will run for president again in 2024, but he recently hinted at that and did so again on Saturday.

- In November 2024, they (Democrats) will become more aware of that than ever before. We've done it twice, and we'll do it again. We'll do it again, for the third time - Trump said.
