Two Albanians from the territory of Kosovo and Metohija headed to Ukraine with the desire to take part in the war.

Albanians wanted to join the armed forces of the Ukrainian army in the war against Russia. They were detained for four hours on the border between Ukraine and Poland, Kosovo online writes.
Channel 10 reports that they were not allowed to enter Ukraine, and that they were then taken for questioning, which lasted four hours, where they talked about their motives for coming to Ukraine.
Aziz Behljulji and Ismet Shala from Suva Reka also revealed why they decided to go to Ukraine and take up arms.
- We want to support the United States as well, because maybe after that, Ukraine will recognize Kosovo - said Shala.
It is also worth mentioning that participation in wars outside the territory of the so-called Kosovo is a criminal offense and is classified as an act of terrorism, the penalty for it being imprisonment from 3 to 15 years.
