The former state secretary in the Ministry of the Interior of Serbia Dijana Hrkalović, who was previously placed on house arrest, had this measure lifted by the Special Court in Belgrade. Instead of this, she would be banned from leaving the territory of the city of Belgrade.
Hrkalović is obliged to report to the Voždovac Police Department every Monday.
The defendant is ordered to submit a travel document to the court tomorrow as a deposit, and is warned that a more severe measure can be imposed on her if she violates the above-mentioned ban.
The trial is due to continue on 5 September.
